We’ve Got Literally Every Girl’s Costume in the Entire G**MN Universe!

The fact that I already own the shoes should not be taken as a sign that I should buy this thing.

The fact that I already own the shoes should not be taken as a sign that I should buy this horror.

Well… I have been looking for a costume but I was planning on Sexy Lobster.

  1. Oh my god, that is so amazing/horrifying I absolutely HAVE to torture my mom and the Boyfriend with that. There is no excuse.

Thank you/I hate you for bringing it into my life. Also, I demand a picture of you in those shoes. I expect to be turned down flat, but a girl can still demand, right?

    • I know! I’m still trying to convince myself that I don’t need it – I figure if I can hold out another week, then I’ll be safe.

Pic-ture? What is this thing of which you speak? 😉

  2. I think I’m more of a fan of the stockings. They feel (visually) more like leggings… like you’re a clownfish with this life goal to swim to Hollywood and back-up dance on a Madonna and Cyndi Lauper tour.

And since this is the -only- thing I read about tropical fish, I have a question which only you can answer, O Fishy Oracle:

What the hell kind of disease did that fish get?

    • Re: Fish disease…. whoa. Sounds more like a fungus than a parasite, but I have no idea which one. If you ever want to freak yourself out, go check some of the fish diseases at Wet Web Media – they make humans sound like the healthiest creatures on earth.

  3. Saw this and immediately thought of you.

    From Cake Wrecks…

    • I love CakeWrecks! That cake seems like an accident waiting to happen. Also, I have a skimmer so I have foul-smelling evidence of what fish do in water and I don’t want that anywhere near my food.

  4. On an unrelated subject…

I have to act as the voice of temptation. Ever heard of high output LED lighting for reefs? Puts out more lumens and PAR per watt than Metal Halide or T5-HO lighting. You can also build it with built-in dimmers so you can control the balance of white-to-blue (color temperature) on the fly. It’s pretty darn slick.

    😀 Reef Porn

    • Oh hell yes I’ve seen these! In 10 years, we won’t be using anything else. Have you seen the rigs they set up on timers so you can do a red-blue-yellow white-blue-red spectrum that mimics the sunlight at that time of day over the ocean? I’ll dig up the link when I can.

      • They’re easy to build too. If you have a bit of skill with electronics, the parts are fairly easy to come by. The hard to find bit is the LEDs themselvs (and that’s becoming easier to find)

        I have a 2.5g AGA tank that’s going to be turned into a pico-reef. 😀

  5. Hello,
